The Total Global Services (TGS) branch was created in January 2017 to streamline and pool the group's support functions for all Total activities. After a year of existence, the management's ambition, in line with the group's values, has been to put the managerial and collaborative modes in line with the TGS DNA: 100% human, 100% expertise, 100% Service. To support this ambition of well-being at work, the Total Learning Solutions' management team relied on CrossKnowledge's BlendedX technology to develop an interactive training program, capitalizing on key topics such as empathy, active listening, and more interpersonal communication and benefiting from personalized educational support. To date, the device has been deployed to 1,800 employees of the branch.
