Agnès joined the group Total in 1991 and began her career in the field of Finance as manager of accounting teams, project manager in IT or in charge of controlling for a business unit in Total UK affiliate for more than 15 years.
In 2008 she joined HR and took responsibility for various positions within the Group’s Career Management, Diversity and HR Prospective (Talent identification, HR campaigns, Forecast Management of Jobs and Skills). In January 2017, Agnès joined Total Learning Solution, which centralizes the needs and the construction of training offers for the entire group.
As project manager in training engineering within the Leadership Development Program department, she also coordinates the group’s digital transformation training offer. PEPS (Pleasure Engagement Performance Sens) aimed at improving communication and dialog skills was her first big training Path experience.
Her current challenge is to build the training material for the Microsoft “Office 365” collaborative suite deployment for 75.000 users worldwide. Evolving in the training engineering ecosystem enhancing the digital transformation of the group is her most rewarding experience both professionally and humanly.
