Since 2011, Elisabeth is a Global Learning & Development Director at Essilor International S.A, a member of the EssilorLuxottica Group, a worldwide leader in the optical and retails industries.
Over the last 20 years, she has acquired and re-enforced her skills and passion as a training expert, associating multiple and valuable experiences in Training & Development at all levels. Her large expertise cover, recruitment, on-Boarding of new employees, coaching Talent Development, and designing and delivering Senior Leadership Program in partnership with leading global Educational institution. Prior to her Essilor International experience, she was working at ERAMET Group as Learning Manager for more than 5 years.
Elisabeth is well known and recognized by her peers, as a trustable Learning & Development expert in designing, implementing and managing innovative training initiatives, but also for mixing classical and modern approaches such as blending digital learning, in class training and business and strategies simulation in a successful and well performing manner.
As a permanent “Change” enabler and leadership coach, she is appreciated for her listening skills, impactful questioning capabilities, and for being able to get the attention and the interest of the learner at all level of the leadership pipeline. She is not only focusing on the knowing part of the learning, but also in the Doing and Being of the participant, by creating a “learning Impact” that last for good.
Elisabeth is holding multiple Executive Coaching certifications from the Ecole Francaise de Coaching and from Institut Europeen de Clarification. She is an authorized facilitator and practitioner from Team Management System in personality and assessment tools, and from “Business Model You” methodology. Originally, Elisabeth is a chemical engineer graduated from ENSCP Paris in 1984.
She is a member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) under the Essilor International Corporate University membership.
