A senior executive with significant knowledge in digital services, new businesses, innovation, and HR and talent management, Fernando has over ten years of international experience working with companies and partners from Latin America, US, Europe, and the Middle East.
At Telefônica Brazil, he is responsible for leadership, development, and management of digital services for the mobile ecosystem. He also oversees training and development actions, guaranteeing innovative, agile and efficient learning methodology and practices.
He is actively involved in the implementation of integrated human development solutions; leveraging cultural transformation aligned with the company’s strategy and business reality. Besides, he spearheaded the promotion of programs and projects related to the attraction, retention, and development of young talents; with a focus on diversity, ensuring greater representativeness at all levels of the organization.
Fernando has a keen interest in leadership development and rapid training of and for high-performance teams.
He is also a member of the Wayra Committee, the initiative of open innovation and entrepreneurship program of Telefônica Open Future.
