Filip Dochy, Ph.D. is a Professor of research on L&D (Learning & Development) and training didactics in organizations. He is a member of Academia Europeae (European Academy of Sciences) and was nominated among 1% TOP scientist at USERN (Universal Science and Education Research Network).
His research and applications concern High Impact Learning within organizations, teamwork, team learning, assessment and design of impactful learning strategies. His interests lie in the application of research results within the workplace with focus on how to cope with the necessity for continuous learning for the younger generations of employees and leaders.
In addition to his work as a professor, he has many publications to his name. He has written over 400 articles and several books in different languages.
