Originally qualifying as a chartered accountant with Big 4 consultancy Arthur Andersen, she brings a credible business background to her development practice. Energetic and action-oriented with proven consulting skills and up to date knowledge of global best practice, Helen has designed and delivered award winning blended talent solutions for organisations of all sizes and across diverse markets. She has worked with many leading global businesses including Unilever, GSK and Nissan.

- Led a global team of designers, consultants and coaches in a partnership with the global leadership development team of a FTSE100 FMCG to design and deliver a development programme for their top 1000 senior leaders. Aligning the learning with the organisation’s strategic focus on sustainability and designed to accelerate leaders through to next stage promotion, the programme was delivered in the UK and Singapore to a global audience.
- Lead consultant on a global learning project for a French automotive manufacturer to design and deliver a blended leadership development offer incorporating the latest in digital and virtual learning for 8,000 managers worldwide. Won Brandon Hall Silver Award for Innovation in Leadership (2015)
- Headed up a consulting project with a leading global pharmaceutical business to design a new two year graduate programme including internal rotations and a 70:20:10 development journey to meet increasing global demand for this talent pool
