Jean-Roch Houllier is the International Learning & Digital Director of THALES Learning Hub, who benefits from more than 20 years of project management experience in multicultural environments. His expertise covers various types of projects including research and development, operations and maintenance as well as subcontracting. He is a lecturer, teacher and professional thesis director for HEC, BURGUNDY, SKEMA Business Schools, EVRY, UVSQ and Nanterre Universities in project management and the Academic Development Director of the Project Management Institute France Chapter, developing contacts and partnerships with various schools around the project management, making bridges between academic and professional universes.
In December 2017, Jean-Roch Houllier, following his thesis submission and defence, was proposed by SKEMA BS (Dr. Paul Gardiner, Dr. Rodney Turner) to present his thesis to the EMERALD/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards. In February 2018; he was appointed to jury panel member of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Award For Innovation In Project Management, Dubai, UAE. Finally, Jean-Roch Houllier has been for more than 20 years research associate (prehistorian) in the National Museum of Natural History of Paris (MNHN Paris).
